I’m a food truck foodie with a mean sweet tooth… A friend of mine turned me on to my first food truck experience. (Thanks, Cindy!) My first gourmet truck? The Burnt Truck. Who knew you could get a small portion of gourmet food so delicious, fast and affordable! I was hooked. Foodtrucking I’ve discovered, is more than just killer cuisine. Many trucks combine different influences, inventing amazing and tasty culinary fusions. Food truck events attract curious and interesting people. I’m always amazed at how free-spirited and non-pretentious food truckers are. Such a chill vibe, I love it. Maybe it’s the mystery of not knowing where they’ll be next. Maybe it’s the chance I’ll see my social media friends at the next stop. You’ll most likely find me with my friends Suki, Kimi and/or Cindy. We are foodies! It is so fun to tweet your next foodtrucking adventure and meet up with everyone. Foodtrucking has taken me back to my youth. My dad reminded me of my relentless hunt of ice cream trucks. Now I’m chasing food trucks. It all makes sense to me now. Food truck vendors are true modern entrepreneurs. Let’s support them! See you at the next gathering.
